The first step is to schedule a complimentary 15 minute visit with me (call to schedule or schedule online) to ensure that I will be a good resource for you.  This visit will not include any recommendations, but will allow us to make sure that it will be a good fit for both us to work together.

Pricing:

Finances are never an easy thing to talk about. Because each person’s needs are different, during the free 15 minute consult, we discuss the areas that you are interested in working on, and based upon that, I can provide you with a guideline on how we may wish to proceed, keeping your budget and needs in mind. My goal is to help you feel better as soon as is possible, and not have to keep seeing me forever and ever!

That being said, my prices are set in a way that allows me to provide an extremely high level of support and guidance to every single client. When you come ito see me, you benefit from working with a practitioner who has the experience and education that goes along with earning a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (5 years of training, with didactic and clinical education + 2 year Naturopathic Residency), as well as earning a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (3 years of didactic and clinical education) along with NCCAOM certification. Finally, having been in private practice for the past 17 years has seasoned and streamlined my approach, and refined my skills, so that through experience, I know what seems to work the best for most people when it comes to a natural approach to wellness. Unlike many other local practitioners, I schedule only one client at a time (instead of having 2,3 or 4 clients getting acupuncture at the same time), so that my focus is entirely on YOU. Clinic Policies:

Payment is expected at the time of service. I do accept checks, credit cards and cash. Many people do use their health savings accounts for services here (you’ll have to check with your employer regarding your HSA coverage). I do not take insurance, but can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.  Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in you being billed ½ the regular rate for the time scheduled.  However, you will not be charged, of course, for an appointment missed due to an emergency. 

I do carry select herbs, and supplements . They are the brands that I have found to be the most effective for clients. The brands that I carry in office sell only to practitioners, and I am confident in the quality of these products. It is always your choice whether or not you would like to purchase these items from my office, if recommended for you.
